Why set up a US LLC instead of using my existing UK company?
For non-US residents, selling through a US LLC is often more tax-efficient than using a UK company — though the right structure depends on your circumstances, and your specialist accountant will advise you directly. How long does the setup take?

What are the ongoing costs after setup?
Your one-time fee covers the setup itself. To keep your US business active afterwards, there are a few ongoing costs paid directly to our partner providers, not to us: a US business address (~$29/month, from the start) with mail handling; a registered agent (free for your first year, then ~$125/year); and Wyoming’s annual state report (~$60/year, paid to the state). Your accountant handles annual tax filing separately. Altogether, expect roughly $400 in your first year and around $530/year ongoing. None of these payments go to us — you pay the providers directly, so you’re always in full control of your own business. We explain all of this clearly at handover, so there are no surprises.
Do you provide tax or legal advice?

Do I need an ITIN?
Not to get set up and selling — your business runs on its EIN for banking and Amazon. An ITIN becomes relevant later, mainly for your annual US tax filing, which your accountant handles for you (and can obtain the ITIN at that time). It’s also needed if you later want certain US credit cards. So it’s not something you need upfront.
